Business Conduct Reporting

We provide clear channels for staff (including employees, partners and suppliers), stakeholders, and others to report concerns or violations of our ethical standards and policies. Our Ethics & Compliance helpline ensures that reports of unethical behavior or non-compliance are handled confidentially and without retaliation. Every report is investigated thoroughly, and appropriate corrective actions are taken when necessary.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Civica upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy for bribery, corruption and unethical business practices. We are committed to fair competition and transparency and comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, which may include the Criminal Anti-Kickback Statute and U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Our internal controls and training programs are designed to ensure that staff understand their obligations and the importance of conducting business fairly and ethically.

Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Customers

Civica ensures that all interactions with healthcare professionals and customers are in accordance with Civica’s policies, applicable laws and regulations, and are reported transparently.

California Compliance Program

Civica declares, as of September 2025, to the best of our knowledge and based upon our good faith understanding of the statutory requirements, that the company is in compliance with a Comprehensive Compliance Program and the requirements of the California Health & Safety Code §119400-119402.
